About Lyn Allen

The Professional Stuff

Named by CNN’s iReport as one of America’s top coaches, Lyn Allen has been a pioneer in the coaching field for 28 years. One of the early Master Certified Coaches, Lyn has served as a peer reviewer in credentialing for the International Coach Federation, and as a faculty member for several coach training programs.
 
In private practice as a coach since 1993, Lyn was a member of the original faculty and advisory board of CoachU. She has participated in curriculum development for coach training programs since 1994. In addition to mentoring and training coaches around the world, Lyn has also introduced coach training for leaders in organizations committed to cultivating a coaching culture, and has led coach training for leaders on five continents.
 

Lyn blends 15 years in corporate management and consulting with a deeply spiritual perspective. She works with collaborative leaders, culture shapers and stewards of talent who desire to lead teams and organizations into the new paradigms required for navigating and achieving in a rapidly changing world.

 

The Personal Stuff

Lyn lives on a remote 52-acre homestead in the Ozarks with one man and a varying number of sheep, goats, chickens and game birds, plus a few dogs and cats thrown in for good measure  – who remind her daily to breathe deeply, love courageously and delight in the unfolding of Sacred Mystery.
